摘  要:设计并实现了一种多模式直流电机智能调速系统.利用光电传感器、加速度传感器、红外传感器采集直流电机工作状态参数,监控电机转速并向单片机反馈.单片机分析处理各类参数,发出调速指令,实现电机在外界干扰下保持稳速或智能调速功能;同时,在系统中设置了人机交互触摸屏界面提高了系统可操作性和人性化程度.系统不受电机本身特性限制,可拓展性强.完成了系统样机的设计与测试,测试结果良好.A multi-mode intelligent DC motor control system is designed and realized. The operating state parameters of the DC motor are collected by electro-optic sensor, gravity sensor and infrared sensor while the revolving speed is supervised and sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller analyzes and processes different kinds of parameters and sends out speed governing command to realize the functions of speed stabilization or intelligent speed governing of the DC motor when the system is exposed to the disturbance; meanwhile, a human-computer interaction touch panel is included in the system to enhance the maneuverability and the humanization level. The system has strong expansibility without limitation from the property of the DC motor. The design and test of the prototype is accomplished with good results.
