摘  要:通过苗期盆栽试验研究了镉胁迫对四份多年生黑麦草种质材料的存活率、株高、分蘖数和生物量等形态指标以及脯氨酸、MDA、CAT和POD活性等生理指标的影响,结果表明:低浓度的镉胁迫(≤50mg/L)可促进部分多年生黑麦草的生长,其存活率、株高、分蘖数和地上部生物量显著高于对照。随着镉浓度增加,脯氨酸和MDA含量呈上升趋势,CAT活性降低,POD活性先上升后下降。综合评价表明,来自美国的里加多年生黑麦草的耐镉性最好,来自德国的混合17号耐镉性最差。Through a seedling pot experiment, the effect of Cadmium stress on seedling survival rate, plant height, tiller number and biomass of four Lolium perenne L. materials were analyzed, as well as the effect on proline content, and antioxidant enzyme(MDA, CAT and POD) activities. In the meanwhile, Cadmium resistance of the four materials were evaluated. The results showed that a low concentration of tillers number and shoot biomass were significantly higher than controls. With the in concentration proline content and MDA activity showed the tendency of increase. How decreased and POD activity decreased after the first rise.
