海南省2009～2012年手足口病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2009∽2012年海南省手足口病流行特征，探讨流行规律，为其防控提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对中国疾病监测信息系统中报告的手足口病监测资料和病原学检测结果进行分析。结果2009-2012年海南省共报告手足口病135472例，年均发病率391．09／10万。报告重症病例2008例，重症发生率5．80／10万，死亡病例57例，死亡率0．16／10万。发病呈现4∽7月（3∽5月）和9-11月两个高峰，病例以5岁以下婴幼儿为主，1-2岁组发病率最高，为9195．00／10万。男女性别比例1．82：1，病例以散居儿童为主，北部、东部及南部沿海地区发病率高。重症病例中EV71阳性比例高。EV71阳性比例与重症病例比例变化呈正相关（Sperman秩相关系数0．706，P=0．000）。结论海南省为手足口病的高流行区，开展病原学监测、加强重点人群和重点地区的综合防控措施是防控工作的主要策略。Objective To analyze prevalent characteristics of hand,foot mouth disease （HFMD） in Hainan Province, and to provide the scientific basis for its prevention and control. Method The data of hand foot mouth disease collected from Chinese Disease Surveillance System and etiology detection result of hand,foot mouth disease were analyzed with descriptive epidemiologieal methods. Result 135 472 HFMD eases, including 2 008 severe cases and 57 fatal cases, were reported in Hainan during 2009-2011. The reported： average annual incidence, severe case incidence, and fatality rate were 391.09/ 100 000, 5.80/100 000, and 0.16/100 000, respeetively There were two infection peaks, from April to July （March to May） and from September to November. Most of the eases were children aged〈5 year. The incidence rate in the age group of 1-2 years, was the highest （9 195.00/100 000）. The gender ratio was 1.82：1. Most of cases lived sporadically. There were highest incidence rates in northern area, eastern, and southern coastal area.The proportion of EV71 strains in severe cases was high. The ratio of severe HFMD cases was increased＇with the proportion of EV71 strains（l=-0.706,/2=-0.000）. Conclusion HFMD is hightly prevalent in Hainan Provir∽ce . To carry out pathogenic monitormy and adopt integrated measures on target population and target areas are the main control atrategy.
