摘 要:目的分析CD61和CD62P动态变化与川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)及其合并冠状动脉损伤之间的关系,探讨KD的发病机制。方法将70例KD患儿按照冠脉损伤程度分为对照组40例,观察组30例,应用流式细胞技术(FCM)检测患儿血小板CD61和CD62P在入院即刻、5d、10d、15d的表达水平及同时应用心脏彩超对冠脉内径进行测量,并行分析。结果两组患儿治疗前CD61、CD62p、冠脉内径比较差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后CD61、CD62p、冠脉内径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板CD61、CD62p水平变化可有效预测冠状动脉狭窄及本病的诊治具有比较重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the relationship between dynamic changes of CD61 and CD62p with Kawasaki disease and coronary artery damage so as to indentify the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease. Methods Based on the degree of coronary artery damage, 70 children with KD were divided into two groups: control group (40 cases) and observation group (30 cases). Flow eytometry (FCM) was applied to detect expression of platelet CD61 and CD62p at hospitalization, 5d later and 10d later, 15d later. Coronary internal diameter were measured and analyzed by echocardiography. Results There was statistical significant difference in CD61, CD62p and the inner diameter of the coronary between the two groups (P〈0.05,); statistical significant difference in CD61, CD62p, and inner diameter of coronary treatment between two groups was found (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of platelet CD61, CD62p can predict coronary artery stenosis and has relatively important clinical significance in patients of Kawasaki Disease.
