摘  要:运用表面肌电和高速摄影同步技术,结合功能解剖学,分析王北星途中滑跑单步周期腿部肌电特征,进行技术诊断。结果表明:(1)王北星左腿力量大于右腿符合速滑项目特征,但左腿支撑时重心高于右腿,说明左腿仍属弱势腿;(2)王北星胫骨前肌是踝关节运动主要用力肌肉,是单步周期主要用力肌肉之一,摆动期出现多余放电;(3)王北星蹬冰期股四头肌和股后肌群肌电振幅呈双峰现象,股内肌、股外肌、股二头肌和半腱肌是主要用力肌肉;(4)王北星左右腿蹬冰期蹬冰肌群肌肉用力方式不一致。教练组应根据王北星腿部肌电特征,有针对性的设计训练方法。By using the methods of sEMG synchronized with high-speed photography and combining functional anatomical knowledge, this paper analyzes the single-step cycle of legs EMG characteristics of Wang Bei-xing on the way rollout of speed skating in short distance and diagnoses her rollout technology. The results show that: (1)the strength of her left leg is greater than that of her right leg, which conform to the characteristics ofpeed skating in short distance, but her left leg is higher than the right leg while supporting the center of gravity, showing that her left leg still belongs to the weak leg ;(2) tibialis anterior muscle is the main force muscle of the ankle movement, is also the main force muscle of single-step cycle, Wang Bei-xing's tibialis anterior muscle appear phenomenon of redundant discharge in the period of oscillating;O) myoelectricity amplitude of her quadriceps femoris and after initiation muscle group appear bimodal phenomena in the foot pedal ice period, indicating that quadriceps femoris medial head, quadric eps femoris lateral head, biceps femoris and semitendinosus are the main force muscles;O) muscle force mode of her left leg and right leg is not consistent in the foot pedal ice. Training methods for Wang bei-xing should be targeting designed based on her leg EMG
