江苏省健身教练国家职业资格鉴定现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法,对江苏省健身教练国家职业资格人员情况进行分析研究。结果表明:我省健身教练职业技能鉴定在全国居于领先水平,很多经验值得学习。目前,江苏省健身教练共报名培训2691人,1478人通过鉴定,合格率为54.92%。其中初级健身教练员占87.28%,中、高级健身教练人员所占比例明显偏小,培训师与考评员严重不足;健身教练人员多受过高等教育,且以30岁以下人员居多;健身教练人员中女性比例明显偏小等。针对此现状提出了一些对策与建议,以期为我省乃至全国以后的健身教练职业资格技能鉴定提供借鉴和参考。By the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the situation of national vocational qualification of fitness coach in Jiangsu province. The results show that the identification level of professional skill of fitness coach in Jiangsu province is leading in the nation. At present, 2691 instructors enroll for training, 1478 of them pass the identification, percentage of pass is 54.92%. the primary fitness instructors accounts for 87.28%, percentage of senior trainer is obviously small, trainers and evaluation staff are seriously insufficient; More of the fitness instructors have received higher education, and the majority of them are under 30 years old; The proportion of Women fitness instructors is significantly smaller, etc. According to the present situation, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to provide reference and reference for the identification of professional qualification of fitness instructors in Jiangsu province and even the whole country in future.
