摘　　要：场地设施是体育教学实习基地建设的基础和重要保障,河南省各学校单位均具备场馆设施资源优势,如何发挥自身资源与外部结合是关键。通过合理利用城镇体育场地设施保障资源开展体育教学实习基地建设,将体育的社会服务功能从"辅助"功能逐步跨入到改善民生的"主流"功能上去是新时期民生建设的有效途径。The facilities is the basis and important guarantee for PE practice base construction, the schools in Henan province has facilities resources advantage, how to play its resources advantage and combine well with the externalities is the key. By reasonable utilization of urban sports facilities security resources to carry out the PE practice base construction, entering the social service function of the sports from the ＂auxiliary＂ function gradually to the ＂mainstream＂ function of improve people＇s livelihood is an effective way of people＇s livelihood construction in the new period.
