河北省典型海岛生态旅游资源评价与开发策略

摘　　要：河北乐亭菩提岛诸岛省级自然保护区是河北省海岛生态系统最典型的地区,因其海陆兼备的生态环境迅速成为生态旅游发展的热点,该文从生态景观与生态环境并重的新视角出发,将河北省典型海岛生态旅游资源分为自然环境、人文环境、自然景观、人文景观四大类,并借助层次分析法与德尔菲法将其划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四个等级,其中,自然景观:Ⅱ级(88.2分),人文景观:Ⅲ级(70分);自然环境:Ⅰ级(90.2分);人文环境:Ⅱ级(81.2分),并以此为依据将河北省典型海岛划分为生态观光区、休闲娱乐区、休疗度假区、佛教养生区、生态保育区五大功能区,突出其生态观光、文化旅游、娱乐休闲、运动体验和健康养生的五大特色。The Provincial Nature Reserves of Puti islands are the most representative islands eco-system of Hebei Province. For their unique ecological environment of both land and sea, these islands have rapidly become hot spots of eco-tourism. This paper divides islands into four categories of natural environment, cultural environment, natural landscape, and cultural landscape, integrating the importance of both ecological landscape and ecological environment. With the method of Delphi and AHP, these categories are divided into levels Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The results show that natural environment is in the level Ⅰ （90.2 scores）; cultural environment is in the level Ⅲ （70 scores）; natural landscape is in the level Ⅰ （90.2 scores）; cultural landscape is in the level Ⅱ （81.2 scores）. Based on the results, the study area is divided into five functional areas such as ecological tourism zone, leisure and entertainment zone, recreation resort, buddhist preservation zone, and ecological conservation zone to emphasize their five prominent characteristics.
