摘 要:通过矢耳石日轮对采自珠江口的黄唇鱼Bahaba flavolabiata幼鱼进行日龄鉴定,并据此研究其产卵期和生长特性。黄唇鱼的产卵时间最早为2月8日,最晚是5月17日,产卵期主要集中在3—5月。体长为16.40—26.30 cm的黄唇鱼幼鱼的体长与体重之间的关系为幂函数关系,体重生长为匀速生长;体长和体重随日龄的生长关系均以幂函数模型符合程度较好;体长和体重平均生长率分别为0.55 mm·d-1和1.60 g·d-1,特定生长率分别为0.27%·d-1和0.82%·d-1。研究结果表明,利用耳石日龄来推算黄唇鱼的产卵期是可行的,并可据此推算其特定阶段的生长模型。Spawning period and growth characteristics of young Bahaba flavolabiata in the estuary of Pearl River were investigated by sagitta age determination. Spawning period of B. flavolabiata mainly occurred from March to May, with the earliest calculated reproducing date on February 8 and the latest date on May 17. Power correlation was found between body length and body weight in the fish ranging from 16.40 to 26.30 cm in length with the pattern of regularity-rate growth in body weight. Exponential function was fitted well to express the growth model of body length and weight as daily age. The average growth rates in body length and body weight were estimated as 0.55 mm and 1.60 g per day, respectively, and 0.27% and 0.82% per day in terms of special growth rates in length and weight, respectively. It concluded that spawning period estimation of B. flavolabiata by sagitta age determination was available and based on that, growth model at special stages could be estimated.
