摘 要:双胞旋沟藻(Cochlodinium geminatum)和血红哈卡藻(Akashiwo sanguinea)是我国近海的两种赤潮藻种。研究了不同pH(8.30、7.80、6.80)值对上述两种甲藻的生长及光合作用特性的影响。研究结果表明:经过一段时间的培养,不同pH值下两种甲藻的细胞密度产生了差异,与对照组(8.30)相比,7.80组无显著性,6.80组则呈现显著性下降(p<0.05)。在两种甲藻的三组实验培养结束时,经单因素方差分析结果表明,7.80组藻细胞的叶绿素a含量、最大光合效率(Fv/Fm)、最大相对电子传递速率(rETR)与对照组差异不明显,6.80组与对照组均表现出显著性降低(p<0.05),说明弱酸pH值条件对两种甲藻的光合特性具有抑制作用。Cochlodinium geminatum and Akashiwo sanguinea, two dinoflagellate species, are harmful algal species in the China coastal water. This studied the effects of different pH values (8.30, 7.80, 6.80) on the growth and photosynthesis characteristic of two kinds of dinoflagellate algae. The results show that two kinds of dinoflagellate algae grew after an experimental period, and algal cell density under different pH produced differences. The 7.80 group cell density had no significant difference compared with the control group (8.30), while 6.80 group cell density showed a significant decrease (p〈0.05). At the end of the experiment, one-way analysis of variance shows that 6.80 group chlorophyll a content, maximum efficiency of PS II photochemistry (Fv/Fm) and maximum relative electron transfer efficiency (rETR) decreased significantly with control group (p〈0.05), while 7.80 group undifferentiated, suggesting growth and photosynthesis characteristic of two dinoflagellate algae were inhibited in weak acid pH conditions.
