应用细胞再生技术治疗21例面部深度烧伤患者的术后护理

摘　　要：总结了21例应用细胞再生技术治疗面部深度烧伤患者的术后护理。主要措施是手术后予心理护理、五官护理、创口敷料护理、饮食体位护理、功能康复锻炼及出院指导。本组1例患者并发金黄色葡萄球菌感染，经抗感染治疗后于28d愈合，其余患者愈合时间为：7-10d有13例，10～18d有7例，平均伤口愈合时间为（10．8±0．8）d，术后20例患者皮肤外观、弹性良好，面部表情自然，情绪表达充分，无畸形发生，随访1年，患者对近期及远期治疗效果满意：1例2岁患儿出现小口畸形，半年后予整形治疗，效果满意。认为个性化的心理护理、细致的五官护理及坚持功能锻炼是取得细胞再生技术治疗成功的最重要保证。This paper summarizes the postoperative care of 21 patients with deep facial burns treated by ReCell system. The key points were individualized psychological nursing,careful facial care,wound dressings care,diet nursing,rehabilitation nursing and detailed discharge guidance. The wound was infected by staphylococcus aureus in one case and healed after anti-infective therapy for 28 days; the wounds healed in 7-10 days in 13 cases and 10- 18 days in 7 patients. The average wound healing time was （10.8-＋0.8） days. Twenty patients were satisfied with their therapeutic effect of good skin appearance,elasticity,natural facial expression and emotional expression within one year. A 2-year-old child suffered from mierostomia and was treated with plastic surgery half a year later. It is suggested that individualized psychological nursing,careful facial care and continuous functional exercise are key points for the success of treatment by ReCeil system.
