骶神经调节治疗慢性排尿功能障碍患者的围手术期护理

摘　　要：对6例慢性盆底功能障碍患者进行了围手术期护理,针对患者病情特点,于手术前后分别进行心理护理,指导和协助患者记录排尿日记及进行残余尿的测定,采取跟进式的疾病知识宣教及出院后的跟踪指导。患者的I期骶神经调控手术、术后刺激器频段调节以及II期永久植入3个阶段得以顺利进行,减少了手术并发症,提高了治疗效果。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 6 patients with chronic urination disorders treated by sacral neuromodulatiou from 2010 to 2012. Among them,three cases were interstitial cystitis（IC） and the rest were neurogenie bladder. Perioperative nursing focused on targeted psychological care,accurate records of voiding diary and residual urine,continued health education and follow up guidance after discharge. These measures ensured the accurate assessment of patients＇ conditions during the treatment,guaranteed the three treatment phrases composed by the surgery ,debugging and permanently implant of stimulators ,reduced complications and improved the treatment effectiveness
