三联疗法治疗女性尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察CO2激光、5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法、中药内服联合治疗(简称三联疗法)尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将168例尖锐湿疣患者按抽签法随机分为两组,观察组85例采用三联疗法治疗;对照组83采用CO2激光联合中药内服方法治疗;两组患者治疗结束后均随访6个月,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的治愈率和6个月后的复发率分别为91.4%和3.5%。对照组的治愈率和6个月后的复发率分别为67.8%和11.9%。观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组,而观察组的复发率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用三联疗法治疗尖锐湿疣,能明显提高治愈率,降低复发率。Objective To explore the curative effect of combined therapy of CO2 laser, 5-aminolevulinic acid （ALA） photodynamic therapy and oral Chinese medicine （triple therapy） on condyloma acuminata. Methods A total of 168 female patients with condyloma acuminata were divided into trial group （ n = 85 ） and control group （ n = 83 ） at random. The trial group was treated with triple therapy, while the control group was treated with CO2 laser and oral Chinese medicine. Then an evaluation comparing the curative ratio was made at different time point. Results After six months, the cure rate （91. g% ） of the trial group was significantly higher than that （67.8%） of the control group, and the recurrence rate （3.5%） of the trial group was significantly lower than that （ 11.9% ） of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The triple therapy, i.e. CO2 laser, ALA photodynamic therapy and oral Chinese medicine is significantly effective on female condyloma acuminata.
