清热消肿膏外敷治疗对嵌顿痔患者局部症状的疗效及护理方法探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨清热消肿膏外敷治疗对嵌顿痔患者局部症状的临床效果，并总结相应的护理措施。方法选取我院2011年4月至2013年5月收治的120例嵌顿痔患者为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组采用清热消肿膏进行治疗，对照组采用常规治疗措施，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率为95.00％，对照组患者的总有效率为53.33％，观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝6.39，P＜0.05）；观察组患者的平均治愈时间和好转时间分别为（6.6±1.3）d、（8.6±1.4）d，均明显短于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论清热消肿膏外敷治疗嵌顿性痔具有十分显著的疗效，可明显改善患者的局部症状，缓解患者的疼痛程度，有利于患者的病情改善，值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of heat swelling cream in incarcerated hemorrhoid and summarize the ap -propriate care measures.Methods A total of 120 patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid were divided into two groups , of which observation group of 60 patients with heat and swelling cream for treatment , while the control group of 60 patients with conventional therapy meas-ures.Results After treatment , the total effective rate of the observation group were 95.00%, while the total effective rate of the control group were 53.33%of the observation group were significantly higher in patients with total efficiency , the difference was statistically signifi-cant between the two groups （χ2 =6.39 , P〈0.05 ） .The average healing time of patients in the observation group and improved time was （6.6 ±1.3） d, （8.6 ±1.4） d, were significantly shorter than those of the control group of patients , the difference was statistically sig-nificant between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The heat swelling cream for incarcerated hemorrhoid has a very significant effect, which can significantly improve local symptoms and it is worthy of clinical application .
