人性化护理对 PICC 置管患者健康知识及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨人性化护理对PICC置管患者健康知识及生活质量的影响效果。方法将60例PICC置管患者按护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组，各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用人性化护理，比较两组护理的效果。结果观察组患者的健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性、舒适度及护理满意度均高于对照组，静脉炎的发生率少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组在躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能生活质量方面的评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论人性化护理能增加PICC置管患者的健康知识、提高患者的自我护理能力，改善患者治疗期间的生活质量，值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the effects of humanistic nursing in PICC catheterization patients.Methods A total of 60 ca-ses of PICC catheterization patients were divided the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods , 30 cases in each group .The control group was received routine nursing care , the observation group was given humanistic nursing , nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Health knowledge awareness rate , treatment compliance , comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , the incidence rate of phlebitis was less than that in the control group , nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Life quality scores in physical function , social function , mental function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Hu-manistic nursing can increase the health knowledge of PICC catheterization patients , improve the self nursing ability and life quality during treatment.
