精细化管理在儿科病人安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨精细化管理在儿科病人安全管理中的作用。方法将2010年1～12月收治的病人作为对照组，将2011年1～12月收治的病人作为试验组，对照组采用传统管理模式对病人安全进行管理，试验组实施精细化管理模式对病人安全进行管理。比较两组病人安全不良事件发生率。结果两组病人发生安全不良事件情况比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在儿科病人安全管理中，实施精细化管理，可有效地避免和减少病人安全不良事件的发生，保障病人安全，值得在各级医院推广应用。Objective To discuss the value of the refined management in the pediatric patient safety.Methods The patients from January to December 2010 as control group were used the traditional management pattern to the patient safety management ;the patients from January to December 2011 as the experimental group were implemented fine management mode on patient safety management .Patient safety and incidence of adverse events of two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the two groups occurred in a patient safety adverse events （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The implementation of refined management in the pe-diatric patients＆#39;safety can effectively reduce and avoid the occurrence of adverse events of patient safety .It can be worth spreading in hospi-tal.
