中医五态人格的五行配属关系探讨

摘　　要："五态人"是基于阴阳含量多少而把人分成的五型,即太阴之人、少阴之人、太阳之人、少阳之人与阴阳和平之人。基于此建立的"五态人格测验"是中医心理学的标志性成果之一。基于学术界尚未见相关论述就五态人格的五行配属关系进行探讨,作者查阅文献,深入思考,主要从五态人格的内在实质与外在特征两方面论述其与五行的配属关系。基于上述两方面的论述,得出少阳之人对应木,太阳之人对应火,阴阳和平之人对应土,少阴之人对应金,太阴之人对应水的结论。本文旨在补充与丰富中医心理学的理论,为临床的辨证施治奠定理论基础。＆quot;Five states＆quot;is five types of people based on their contents of Yin and Yang,including types of Taiyin,Shaoyin,Taiyang, Shaoyang and equilibrium of Yin and Yang.The “five-pattern personality test”is established on this foundation and is one of the landmark achievements of TCM psychology.Since there has no relevant discussion on the relation between the five elements and five-pattern personality,the author went through the literatures and conducted some deep thinking,mainly from the aspects of inner essence of fivepattern personality and external characteristic to discuss its relation with the five elements.The conclusion of this paper is that Shaoyang corresponding to the wood,Taiyang corresponding to the fire,equilibrium of Yin and Yang corresponding to the earth,Shaoyin corresponding to the gold,Taiyin corresponding to the water.The purpose of this paper is to supplement and enrich the theory of TCM psychology,and constitute the theory basis for the syndrome differentiation in clinical practice.
