摘 要:血样加入HNO,后超声波提取15~20S,溶液经高速离心分离,取离心分离后的上层清液再加入溴试剂于热水中超声波氧化20min,直接利用氢化物原子荧光法测定血液中的Pb含量,并确定了仪器最佳工作参数以及超声波提取氧化介质、时间、酸度、还原剂、氧化剂等的相关量。血样中Pb的含量在0~320μg/L范围内呈较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.13μg/L,RSD为4.5%。所测结果与等离子体质谱法测量结果具有很好的一致性。After adding hydrogen nitrate 20 seconds, and the supematant fluid, i 20 minutes with ultrasonic wave after the , the blood samples were extracted with ultrasonic wave for 15 to nto which bromide reagent was added, was oxidized in hot water for solutions were separated through high-speed centrifugation, then the content of Pb in the blood was directly determined with hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The optimum working parameters of instrument and the relative quantity of ultrasonic-assisted extraction, oxidation medium, time, acidity, reducing agent, oxidant and others were determined in accordance with the test results. The result indicated that the calibration curve showed a good linear relationship in the Pb concentration range of 0 320 μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9995, the relative standard deviation and detection limit were 4. 5 % and 0. 13 μg/L, respectively. Compared this method with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and plasma mass spectrometry, the measurement results have good consistency. This method for determining the lead levels in the blood has low detection limit, the operation is simple, rapid, less disturbance and reagent saving.
