摘　　要：针对黑河水利枢纽工程技术背景，本文提出了高边坡喷锚支护的施工程序和方法，并进行了施工质量检验，有效地解决了高边坡的稳固问题。In the light of the technical background of water conservancy key project in heihe river, construction procedure and method, construction quality certification are put forward in this paper, shoving the problem of high slope stability efficiently.
