摘 要:利用非色散红外光谱仪对二氧化碳的测定,建立了大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)中碳含量的测定方法。将一定面积的大气总悬浮颗粒物滤膜用铝箔包裹后放入样品舟内,推入装填有催化剂Pt/A1203温度为900℃的石英反应管中,总悬浮颗粒物中的有机碳和元素碳在纯O:气流中燃烧放出CO2,根据非色散红外光谱仪检测的CO2响应值,计算出滤膜中碳含量。方法的检出限为0.05μg,RSD为2.9%,测量范围为o.2~100μg(以碳含量计)。方法已用于大气TSP样品的测定。A detection technology was established by non-dispersive infrared absorption method for the measurement of carbon content in total suspended particulates. A piece of filter membrane attached with total suspended particulates was wrapped in aluminum foil paper, and then was put in the sample boat along with high pure oxygen flowing through the quartz tube packed with some of Pt/Al2O3 catalyst, the sample which was pushed into the quartz reaction tube burned at the temperature of 900℃, and carbon dioxide released by the combustion reaction was measured by a non-dispersive infrared instrument. According to the responding value of carbon dioxide, the carbon content in the filter membrane was calculated. The detection limit was as low as 0. 05 μg, precision was 2. 9% and measuring range of the method was 0. 2 - 100 μg ( measured by weight of carbon). A good result was obtained by the method for the determination of the carbon content in total suspended particulates.
