摘  要:采用盆栽试验,分析不同腐解时间(0、60、120和180d)、不同腐解浓度(0、0.125、0.25和0.5gDW/mL)玉米秸秆腐解液对苗期根长、根表面积、根体积、根干重的影响。结果表明,各项指标均在60和120d处理下随着腐解液浓度增大,先增加后减小,与对照相比,低、中浓度(0.125和0.25gDW/mL)腐解液起促进作用,高浓度(0.5gDW/mL)则有抑制作用。玉米幼苗四叶、五叶、六叶期,表现出在腐解120d、0.125gDW/mL浓度处理下各项根系指标达到最大值,在腐解120d、0.5gDW/mL浓度处理下达到最小值。玉米秸秆腐解液对玉米幼苗根长、根表面积、根体积、根干重的影响,随腐解液浓度增加,有"低促高抑"的化感效应;随腐解天数的增加,对其影响先增大后减小;随叶龄增加,其影响逐渐减弱。The pot experiment was used to analyzed the effects of maize stalk decomposing liquid on seedling root length,root surface area, the root volume and dry weight of root under different decomposing time (0,60,120, 180d) ,and the different decomposing solution concentrations(0,0. 125,0.25,0.5gDW/mL). The results indicated that these indicators increased at first and decreased subsequently with the increasing straw decomposing liquid concentration under 60d and 120d decomposing liquid compared with the controls. Decomposed liquids have promoting tendency under low concentration (0. 125,0. 25gDW/mL) , there is a significant inhibiting effect under high concentration(0.5gDW/mL). These indicators of maize seedling reached the maximum value at 120d decomposing fluid, 0. 125gDW/mL concentration and reached the minimum value at 120d decomposing fluid ,0.5gDW/mL concentration in four-leaf,five-leg and six-leaf stage. Effects of stalk decomposing liquid on maize seedling root length, root surface area,the root volume and dry weight of root had allelopathy which showed a promoting effect at low concentration and all inhibiting effect at high concentration with the increasing straw decomposing liquid concentration;the effects increased at first and decreased subsequently with the increasing straw decomposing liquid days;the effects was weakened gradually with the aging leaves.
