摘  要:日本星杆藻(Asterionella japonica)是浮游动物的良好食物,也是发生赤潮的藻类物种,研究生态和营养条件对日本星杆藻生长的影响,对合理利用和防止赤潮的发生具有重要的意义.本文通过室内单因子正交实验,研究了温度、光照、盐度、pH值以及氮、磷、铁、硅和维生素B12等营养元素对日本星杆藻生长的影响,结果表明:该藻生长的适宜温度为10 ~ 35℃,最适温度为20℃;适宜光照为500 ~8 000 lx,最适光照为1 000lx;适宜盐度为5~45,最适盐度为20 ~ 35;适宜pH值为5~9.5,最适pH为8.0.在培养用的1 m3天然海水中添加20 g (NH2)2CO3、0.5 g NaH2PO4、10 g Na2SiO3、0.005 g维生素B12,日本星杆藻的生长最快.Asterionella japonica is a kind of good food for zooplankton and also one of the algae species accounting for the occurence of red tide. Studying effects of ecological and nutritional factors on the growth of Asterionella japonica is of great importance for the utilization of this algae species and prevention of outbreaks of red tide. In this study, effects of temperature, illumination intensity, salinity, pH value and nutrients on the growth and reproduction of AsterioneUa japonica were evaluated through a factorial experiment. Results showed that the suitable water temperature ranged from 10 ℃ to 35 ℃ and the optimal temperature was 20 ℃. The suitable illumination intensity range was 500 -8 000 lx with the optimal value at 1 000 lx. The range of suitable salinity was 5 -45, and the optimal salinity was 20 -35. The range of suitable pH was 5 - 9.5 with the optimal pH value of 8.0. The nutritional solution selected for the best growth of Asterionella japonica was 1 m3 sea water with( NH2 )2CO-N of 20 g, NaH2PO4-P of 0.5g, Na2SiO3-Si of 10g,VB120. 005 g.
