摘  要:研究了1种异质编织管增强型复合聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜材料的主要性能及其MBR处理低碳氮比城市污水的表现,并与传统PVDF膜材料作了比较。结果表明,复合PVDF膜单根膜丝可承受最大拉力为87N、弹性模量为200MPa,复合PVDF膜组件纯水通量(在20kPa下)和临界通量分别为85L/(m^2·h)和49-60L/(m^2·h),均明显高于传统PVDF膜。因此复合PVDF膜能承受高曝气量的冲刷并在高通量条件下运行。在处理低碳氮比城市污水时,复合PVDF膜MBR与传统PVDF膜MBR的出水水质相当。运行期间,复合PVDF膜和传统PVDF膜TMP增长率分别为0.65和0.73kPa/d,表明复合PVDF膜抗污染性能优于传统PVDF膜。The characteristics of a composite PVDF membeane and its MBR treating municipal wastewater with low carbon/nitrogen ratio were investigated compared with those of the traditional PVDF membrane. According to the experimental results, the endurable pulling force and the elastic modulus of the composite membrane were 87 N and 200 MPa, respectively. The pure water flux at 20 kPa and the critical flux of the composite PVDF membrane were 85 L/(m^2·h) and 49-60 L/(m^2· h), respectively. They were remarkably higher than those of the traditional PVDF membrane, indicating that the composite PVDF membrane can work under intensively-aerated and high-flux conditions. Applied to treat the municipal wastewater with low carbon/nitrogen ratio, both the MBR equipped with the composite PVDF membrane and that with the traditional PVDF membrane showed similar effluent quality. However, the TMP increasing rate of the former was 0.65 kPa/d, while that of the latter was 0.73 kPa/d. It means that the composite PVDF membrane has high antifouling property than that of the traditional membrane.
