摘　　要：目的对广西南宁市横县的茉莉花茎的化学成分进行预试验研究。方法采用化学反应鉴别法对广西南宁市横县茉莉花茎分别用蒸馏水、95%的乙醇、乙醚三种溶剂进行提取,对提取液进行化学成分预试。结果通过预试验,我们可以初步确定广西南宁市横县茉莉花茎中可能含有糖类、苷类、有机酸、黄酮类、酚类、香豆素与内酯、植物甾醇、三萜类、生物碱、挥发油及油脂等化学成分。结论茉莉茎中含有多种植物活性成分,值得深入研究,此试验为进一步进行该植物的生物活性成分研究提供了实验依据。Objective Experimental study on the Jasmine stems of the chemical composition from Guangxi Hengxian of pre- test.Methods With chemical reaction of Guangxi Nanning Hengxian Jasmine stems identification method respectively with distilled water and 95% ethanol,ethyl ether,three kinds of solvents for extraction,to extract to test of chemical composition. Results By the pre- test,we sure primarily Guangxi Nanning Hengxian jasmine stem may contain sugar,polysaccharide,glycosides,organic acids,flavonoids,phenols,coumarin and lactone,phytosterol,triterpene,alkaloids,volatile oil and grease,etc. chemical composition. Conclusion The experiment to the biological active ingredients of the plant in order to further study provides the experimental basis.
