摘  要:目的以溪黄草及其近缘种的微量元素含量为聚类分析的对象,研究了火焰原子发射法和原子吸收光谱法结合聚类分析法对溪黄草及其近缘种进行分类的可行性。方法采用火焰原子发射法和火焰原子吸收法测定溪黄草及其近缘种中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu等7种微量元素的含量,基于上述的测定结果,对数据进行标准化处理后,采用SPSS主成分分析法和聚类分析法对其进行分类研究。结果表明用该法可实现对溪黄草及其近缘种植物的鉴别,总符合率达87%(14/15)。结论火焰原子发射法和火焰原子吸收光谱法与聚类分析法相结合可为判别溪黄草及其近缘种提供一种新的方法。Objective With the trace elements content data of Rabdosia iophanthoides and its relative species as the object, the feasibility of classification of Rabdosia iophanthoides and its relative species was studied by using AES and AAS coupled with clus- ter analysis method. Methods The contents of trace elements K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu in Rabdosia iophanthoides and its rel- ative species were determined by AES and AAS. Based on the data of trace elements contents, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis of SPSS were applied to study the classification of Rabdosia iophanthoides and its relative species after the data was standardized treatment. Results The resuh showed that Rabdosia iophanthoides and its relative species can be distinguished by this method,whose accuracy of classification is 87% (14/15). Conclusion AES and AAS coupled with cluster analysis were proved to be a new method to distinguish Rabdosia iophanthoides and its relative species.
