摘　　要：马蹄香是我国传统的民间草药,中国特有的单种属植物,也是高等植物中的珍稀濒危物种之一。迄今国内外学者对该物种开展了多方面的深入研究。现就其形态解剖、细胞学、胚胎学、种子特性、组织培养、传粉生物学和分子生物学等生物学特性及其化学成分马兜铃酸、挥发油、生物碱的研究进行系统总结,并对其研究现状进行剖析,以期为今后的深入研究提供参考。Saruma henryi is an endemic monotypic genus plant of China,is also one of the rare and endangered species in higher plant, and too much about biological of which has been reported. In this paper, the morphology and structure, cytology, embryolo- gy, sead Characteristic, tissue culture, pollination biology, molecular biology and chemical constituents of aristolochic acid, essential oils and alkaloids from Saruma henryi are summarized. The aim is to provide theoretical basis for further studies.
