山茱萸多糖调节小鼠肠道菌群失调的作用

摘　　要：目的研究山茱萸多糖调节小鼠肠道菌群失调的作用。方法按50 mL·kg-1ig给予小鼠0.3 g·mL-1盐酸林可霉素,一天2次,连续3 d,建立小鼠肠道菌群失调模型后,按50 mL·kg-1ig给予小鼠山茱萸多糖(3、2、1 g·mL-1)治疗,连续6 d。同时设正常对照组、阳性对照组、自然恢复组,于实验第10天取新鲜粪便检测肠道菌群(肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)的变化。结果山茱萸多糖无明显毒性,ig给予小鼠的最大耐受量为150 g·kg-1;山茱萸多糖低、中剂量组小鼠肠道的有益菌双歧杆菌和乳杆菌数量明显上升;中剂量组与正常对照组及自然恢复组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论山茱萸多糖能扶植肠道正常菌群的生长,促进有益菌(双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)的增殖,具有调节肠道菌群失调的作用。OBJECTIVE To research the effect of polysaccharides of Corni fructus on intestinal flora of the mice. METHODS Intestinal microbe dysbiosis mice were constructed by intragastrie administration of lincomycin 50 mL^- 1 （0.3 g· mL- 1 , bid,3 d）. Then gave the polysaccharides of Corni fructus was given to mice at dose of 50 mL· kg ^- 1 （ 3 g· mL ^- 1 , 2 g· mL ^- 1 , 1 g·mL ^- 1 of crude drug for 6 days）, and in the same time, nomal control, positive control and spontaneous recovery groups were set. After that, the treatment effect was determined by the normal intestinal flora （enterbacterium, enterococcus, bifidobouterium and lactobacilus）of fresh fecal in the first 10 days. RESULTS The polysaccharides of Cornifructus bad no signficantly toxicity,the maximum tolerated dosage was 150 g·kg^-1 administered orally in mice. Low and medium dose group alteration of intestinal flora were also regulated. The intestinal number of beneficial bacteria Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased significantly, compared to nomal control group and the spontaneous recovery group, and the difference of the middle dose group was statistically significant （ respectively P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION The polysac- charides of Corni fructus can foster normal flora, promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria （ Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus ） , and regulating intestinal microflora.
