低聚异麦芽糖凝胶防治大鼠霉菌性阴道炎的研究

摘　　要：目的考察低聚异麦芽糖凝胶(受试药物)对大鼠感染白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的预防、治疗及与双唑泰栓联用的效果。方法给予大鼠225 mg·kg-1受试药物1个疗程后,再给予白假丝酵母菌感染,或用225、112.5、67.5 mg·kg-1受试药物及225mg·kg-1受试药物+80.17 mg·kg-1双唑泰栓治疗大鼠感染白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎,观察阴道分泌物、清洁度、病理组织学及炎细胞浸润的得分情况。结果预防用受试药物后,再用白假丝酵母菌感染阴道,阴道的分泌物、清洁度有所加重,但病理组织学及炎细胞浸润变化有明显好转;治疗用受试药后,4个指标均有不同程度改善,且存在一定量效关系;受试药物与双唑泰栓联用均较单用受试药物或双唑泰栓对4个指标改善作用强。结论对白假丝酵母菌所致大鼠霉菌性阴道炎,受试药物有治疗作用;与双唑泰栓联用有协同作用;有一定的预防作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevention, treatment, and the combinative effect with Metronidazole Clotrimazoleand Chlorhexidine acetate suppositories （ MCCAS ） of Isomaho - oligosaccharide （ IOS ） gel on rats infected with candida vaginitis, and provide reference for the development and clinical application of IOS gel. METHODS The reagent （ 225 mg· kg^- 1 ） for a period of treatment was given,and then infected with candida albicans or treated the candida vaginitis with the reagent （225,112.5,67.5mg·kg ^- 1 ） ajecnd subts ＋ MCCAS （ 225 ＋ 80.17 mg· kg ^- 1）. The main outcome measures were the vaginal discharge, cleanliness, pathologic histology, and the scores of inflammatory ceils infiltration. RESULTS The vaginal discharge, cleanliness, but improved the pathological histology and inflammatory cells infiltration was significantly increased after the vagina infected with white candida yeast after prevention with the reagent. After the treatment, four indexes had been improved at different degrees, and there was a certain effect relationship. The improvement was more significant if combining the subjects and MCCAS than the reagent or MCCAS. CONCLUSION The reagent has therapeutic and preventive effect for colpitis mycotica caused by candida albicans, and has synergy combined with MCCAS.
