摘  要:目的对短柄野海棠进行系统的生药学研究。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别及紫外-可见吸收光谱鉴别等方法进行研究。结果短柄野海棠的根和根茎表面具纵皱纹,根的皮层和韧皮部可见石细胞,茎的髓部中央可见异型维管束,叶的栅栏组织内含有草酸钙簇晶的薄壁细胞散在,粉末中可见木纤维、石细胞、草酸钙簇晶等特征。扫描200~800 nm,发现6种不同的提取液都有吸收峰。结论研究结果可为制定短柄野海棠的质量标准提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacognostic characteristics of Bredia sessilifolia. METHODS The study was carried out by means of morphological identification, microscopic identification and UV - Vis spectrum identification. RESULTS There were roots and rhizomes surface with longitudinal wrinkles, and sclereid was interspersed in the cortex and phloem of the root, abnormal vascular bundles were found in the central of pith of cauline. There were calcium oxalate cluster crystal parenchyma cells in parenchyma cells of palisade tissue of the leaf. Xylogen, sclereid and calcium oxalate cluster crystal could be observed in the powder. Six kinds of crude drug extract had absorption peaks in 200 -800 nm. CONCLUSION These results can be used to provide the scientific evidence for the establishment of standard for quality control and further study.
