摘 要:目的采用GC法测定中链甘油三酯的含量。方法采用聚乙二醇(PEG 2000)毛细管柱(DM-WAX,30 m×0.53mm,1μm),柱温135℃,载气为氮气,检测器温度210℃,进样口温度250℃。结果 0.3~0.7 mg·mL-1辛酸甲酯和癸酸甲酯与组分的峰面积和内标峰面积之比呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。中链甘油三酯的平均回收率为101.5%(n=9),RSD=0.22%。结论所用方法专属、准确、可靠,可用于测定中链甘油三酯的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of medium chain triglycerides by Gas chromatography (GC). METHODS GC was performed on PEG 2000 capillary column ( DM - WAX, 30 m × 0.53 mm, 1 μm) at 135 ℃. Carrier gas was nitrogen, detector temperature was set at 210 ℃ and injector at 250 ℃ respectively, RESULTS A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.3 - 0.7 mg· mL ^- 1 ( r = 0. 9999 ) to the concentration of methyl octanoate and methyl decanoate, and the average recovery of medium chain triglycerides was 101.5% ( n = 9 ), RSD = 0.2%. CONCLUSION The results indicated that the method were specific, accurate and reproducible for the determination of medium chain triglycerides.
