摘　　要：振荡波电压测试系统(OWTS)是应用效果较好的一种用于电力电缆局部放电检测和定位的技术。在振荡波电压测试系统理论分析的基础上,设计了OWTS局放测试系统的MATLAB/Simulink模型。根据单气隙局部放电的物理模型,实现了振荡波局部放电测量过程的仿真,也就是从校正到测得局部放电视在放电量的过程。OWTS局部放电测量过程的仿真研究,对振荡波电压测试系统局放测量程序的研发有一定的参考价值。Oscillating Wave Test System I OWTS} is a well applied technology of partial discharge detection and localization for power cable. Based on a theoretical analysis of OWTS, this paper designs a MATLAB/Simulink model of OWTS PD test system. On the basis of a physical model for single air gap partial discharge, it realizes simulation of the measurement process for the partial discharge of oscillating wave, namely, the process from correction up to the measurement of apparent partial discharge. The simulation research can be taken as reference for the R＆D of OWTS partial discharge t procedure id. The PD pulse apparent discharge was got through the discharge correction process. The partial discharge process simulated in this study is very valuable for the research and development of Oscillating Wave Test System of PD measurement.
