摘　　要：从构建更加完善合理的政府公共体育服务保障体系的角度,阐述青少年健康权的法律实现与保障问题;分析国内外有关青少年健康权保护的法律条文和规章制度;讨论了新时期政府公共体育服务机制对青少年健康权保障的应对策略:强化政府在青少年健康权实现和保障中的义务,形成保护青少年健康权的社会氛围和政策环境,构建更加完善的青少年健康服务保障体系。From the perspective of building a more complete and rational governmental public sports service assurance system, the authors expatiated on the issue of legal realization and assurance of teenager health right, analyzed domestic and oversea legal provisions and regulations regarding teenager health right protection, expounded the governmental public sports service mechanism’s strategies for dealing with teenager health right assurance： intensify the govern-ment’s obligation in teenager health right realization and assurance;form a teenager health right protecting social at-mosphere and policy environment;build a more complete teenager health right assurance system.
