摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对CBA联赛外籍球员的引进机制进行了梳理,并籍此管窥CBA联赛发展之症结:利益失衡:篮协政绩苛求与俱乐部资本诉求的矛盾;环境失稳:外援对联赛主导权的霸占严重破坏竞赛环境;决策失效:外援制度变迁多为亡羊补牢而非未雨绸缪;传播失畅:外援先进技战术理念的本土化传播遇阻。CBA联赛应建立规范化、系统化的引援机制,完善监管条例,培植健康的联赛竞技和育人环境,正确认识欧美先进篮球运动理念。The nearly 20 years of CBA＇ s foreign players＇ introduction is the epitome of the development of CBA league. By mean of literature review, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning, the paper generalizes the mechanism of the undertaking and analyzes the sticking point of CBA＇ s development, including ： benefit imbalance--the contradiction between the associations＇ performance demand and the capital appeal of clubs; environmental imbalance--foreign players＇ dominance in the league has seriously damaged the competition environment; policy deficiency--the change of foreign players＇ system is too late instead of being well prepared ; spreading inefficiency-- the spreading of the localization of foreign advanced technique and tactics is blocked. Therefore, CBA should standardize and systematize its mechanism of foreign players＇ introduction. It should further complete its regulations, cultivate healthy league environment and correctly understand advanced European and American basketball concepts so as to promote the sustainable development of the CBA.
