输液器滴斗用TPE材料研究

摘　　要：本论文研究了乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物/聚丙烯的共混比例,润滑剂的用量,以及工艺对该种聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体材料性能及物性的影响。采用耐温性等级很高的乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物和医疗器械中常用的共聚聚丙烯树脂,通过双螺杆挤出机共混的方式制备不同硬度且具有优良机械性能的共混材料,并分析得到性能最佳的成分组成。结果表明该种TPE材料满足医用滴斗的相关要求,可以取代输液器中的PVC,从根源解决增塑剂析出等问题。This paper studied the factors which affect the perlbrmance of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer materials, such as block blending ratio of ethylene octene copolymer/polypropylene, the amount of lubricant,and the process parameters of extrusion granulation. These blend materials were made from ethylene/octene block copolymer and polypropylene resint, and they can be producted for different hardness by twin screw extrusion blending. After analyzing on them, the best components were found.The results show that it can meet the requirements of medical dripping funnel. This TPE material can be used for infusion to replace PVC, and it solves the release of plasticizer problem from the root.
