双侧交互式阴极保护技术在PCCP管道防腐中的应用

摘　　要：在新疆准东某工业园区PCCP供水管道的施工中,为了防治预应力钢丝和钢筒发生腐蚀,采用了双侧交互式布置的牺牲阳极保护技术。介绍了阴极保护的具体实施方案及施工中的注意事项,最后通过检测证明了该技术在节省投资的同时也取得了预期的防腐效果,为该地区的其他供水管道防腐提供了技术参考。During the construction of the PCCP water transfer pipeline in an industrial park of Xin- jiang Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone, the bilateral interactive sacrificial anode protection technology was applied to protect the prestressed steel wire and steel cylinder of PCCP from corrosion. The implementation scheme of cathodic protection and the matters needing attention during the construction were described. The detection results showed that good anticorrosive effect was achieved and the investment was saved at the same time. This study provides technical reference for cathodic protection of other water supply pipelines in the region.
