摘　　要：介绍了双机交替盘式除铁器控制系统的组成、结构及工作原理;该系统是一种智能化的除铁控制系统,采用PLC作为中央处理器,控制整个系统运行;系统循环交替工作,消除了单机除铁过程中出现的真空现象,解决了双胶带输送过程中的除铁难题。Introduced was the composite of control system,structure,and working principle of the disc type tramp iron remover with two machines alternatively operated; it is an intellectualized system for tramp iron removal,in which PLC adopted as the central processor to control the operation of whole system; the system operated alternatively in circulation,thus no vacancy occurred the difficult problem of tramp iron removal in 2 successive belt conveyors solved.
