摘 要:现代舰船规模不断增大,电力系统日趋复杂,在满足总体要求和稳定性要求的前提下,电网的设计方案将可以有多种选择。若继续沿用传统的设计方法去解决大型舰船电力网络的优化设计问题,既费时费力又难以保证所得到的设计方案能够在生命力、电气性能和适装性等多个方面达到最优。本文针对舰船电网设计的需求,建立了舰船电网评价指标系统,并结合改进AHP法和加权TOPSIS法,提出了舰船电网量化评估方法。通过对典型舰船电网设计方案进行对比分析,验证了该量化评估方法的准确性和有效性。Along with the scale of shipboard system increasing and power system complicating, shipboard power network can have plenty of alternatives to meet the requirements of general requests and stability. As a result, traditional designing method can be time-consuming and taxing, and the designing scheme achieved can not be optimal on the behalf of survivability, electrical performance and fitness as well. Framework of shipboard network assessment is built up and quantifying assessing method is proposed in this paper, on the basis of improved AHP and weighted TOPSIS method. By comparing several typical designing schemes of shipboard power network, the accuracy and availability of the assessing method proposed is verified.
