百令胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭微炎症状态患者IL-6、CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察百令胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)微炎症状态患者血清IL-6、CRP含量的影响。方法2012年6月至2013年8月便利抽样选取济南军区青岛第一疗养院门诊和住院CRF患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组25例,对照组25例。两组均予常规治疗,治疗组同时服用百令胶囊,每日3次,每次6粒,每疗程1个月,观察3个疗程。比较治疗前后患者血清IL-6、CRP含量的变化。结果治疗前后同组比较,两组患者IL-6、CRP含量均显著降低(均P<0.01);治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组IL-6、CRP含量显著降低(均P<0.01)。结论百令胶囊能有效改善CRF患者微炎症状态,这可能与下调IL-6、CRP水平相关。Objective To observe the effect of bailing capsule on IL-6 and CRP in patients with CRF micro inflammation status.Methods By convenience sampling,50 cases of patients with CRF were selected and divided into treatment group（25） and control group（25）.Both groups had conventional treatment, while the treatment group at the same time took the Bailing capsule, 3 times per day, 6 pills a time for one month with 3 months observation.The serum IL-6 and the change of CRP levels before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the treatment group and control group IL-6,CRP con- tent were significantly decreased after treatment （all P 〈0.01）;Compared with the control group after treatment, the treatment group IL-6, CRP content significantly decreased after treatment （all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bailing capsule can effectively improve micro inflammation in patients with CRF;it may be as- sociated with decreased IL-6,CRP levels.
