八旗世家贵族与清代社会的治理

摘　　要：有清皇权体制下的社会治理,是清廷依靠各级官员对政务、军务的层层管理和对社会的有效管控。清王朝始终突出旗人的主体统治地位,八旗世家贵族成员也向来为清廷所倚重,所以清代国家的安全、王朝的稳固和百姓的抚定,八旗世家贵族之功不可没。有清一代,八旗贵族世家成员不乏戮力王室、公忠体国、勤慎为官、清正自持、操守兼善的贤官良吏,世家子弟中才猷练达、办事明敏、关注民生、兴利除弊、治国有方的能臣干练之士,更是大有人在。The social governance which under the system of imperial power of the Qing dynasty is rely on management to government and military affairs and effective control to the society of the officials at all levels. The Qing dynasty always highlight the dominant position of the Eight Banners dominance and the people of the Eight Banners＇ noble family have always been relied on by the Qing court. Therefore, the Eight Banners＇ noble family had made undeniable contributions to the safety of the country , the stability of the dynasty and the appeasement of the people . There were many wise officials with honesty and integrity in these families. What＇ s more, many of those effective talents who cared about the country and had a good understanding of social governance, which is also belonged to the no- ble families.
