现实建构主义视阈下的外层空间军备控制困境研究

摘　　要：随着有能力进入外层空间的行为体数量增多,外层空间开发利益越来越受到重视,以外层空间军事实力保护自身外层空间利益的做法,成为美国、欧盟等主要空间行为体的优先选择,外层空间军备竞赛趋势日益明显。同时,国际社会为抑制空间武器化和军备竞赛,积极推进外层空间国际军备控制也做出了不懈努力。分别探讨运用现实主义和建构主义思考外层空间安全互动的不足之处的基础上,首先分析应用现实建构主叉分析外空军控问题的适用性,接着进一步阐述了目前外层空间军控的现实困境,最后尝试用以现实建构主义的四种权力类型积极推进外层空间国际军备控制进程。The rapid increase of outer space actors leads to the fact that development interests in outer space are attached more impor- tance. Building up military capabilities in outer space has taken great prominence in advanced outer space actors＇ strategies, which has stimulated the trend of military race and frustrated the endeavor of international community for promoting arms control in outer space. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings in outer space arms control from the perspective of realism and constructivism, this article ap- plies the realist -constructivism to analyze the dilemma in outer space arms control. At last, it proposes four type power d realist - constructivism to advance the process in outer space arms control.
