老年原发性高血压血压水平与脑血管血流动力学检测指标的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年原发性高血压血压水平与脑血管血流动力学检测指标的关系.方法 选取2011年10月～2013年12月本院收治的老年高血压患者197例,按照动态血压监测结果分组,A组64例,B组78例,C组55例,用统计学方法分析结果.结果 B组、C组患者的24h平均收缩压（24 h SBP）、24h平均舒张压（24 h DBP）均高于A组,C组均高于B组（P＜0.05）.B组、C组MCA、VA、BA的PI、RI均高于A组,MCA、VA的Vm及Vd、BA的Vd低于A组（P＜0.05）.B组、C组的频谱异常发生率高于A组,C组高于B组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用合理有效的降压药物治疗老年高血压患者,将血压控制在正常水平,其中使患者的收缩压降低,脉压缩小为治疗的重点.Objective To investigate the relationship between blood pressure levels in elderly essential hypertension and cerebral vascular hemodynamic detection indicators. Methods A total of 197 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from October 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, according to the results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring they were divided into three groups, group A included 64 cases, group B included 78 cases, group C included 55 eases,the results were analyzed with statistical methods. Results 24 h SBP, 24 h DBP of the group B and group C were higher than group A, group C were higher than group B （P 〈0.05）. MCA, VA, BA＇s PI, RI of the group B, group C were higher than group A, MCA, VA＇s Vm, Vd and BA＇s Vd were lower than group A （P 〈0.05）. The spectrum of abnormalities of the group B and group C were higher than group A, group C was higher than group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The elderly hypertensive patients treated with reasonable and effective antihypertensive drug can make blood pressure control at normal levels, which makes the patient＇s systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure narrowing the focus of treatment.
