摘　　要：目的探讨长春西汀注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊对大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死神经功能恢复的影响。方法112例无溶栓指征的大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在基础治疗的同时联合使用长春西汀注射液与丁苯酞软胶囊,对照组在基础治疗的同时仅使用长春西汀注射液。比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)及日常生活能力(Baethel评分),并观察临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分明显降低,而Baethel评分显著提高(P<0.01),并且实验组患者的NIHSS评分、Baethel评分改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀联合丁苯酞软胶囊的治疗能明显促进大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死神经功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of vinpocetine injection combined with butylbenzene peptide on the re- covery of neural function in large artery atherosclerosis ischemic stroke （LAA）. Methods A total of 112 LAA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the base of general treatment, the treatment group was given vinpoeetine injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsules. While the control group was only given vinpocetine injection. The two groups were treated for 14 days. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and barthel index were used to evaluate of the clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, NIHSS score was significantly lower and the Baethel score was significantly improved of the two groups（P〈0.01）. Furthermore, treatment group reculvered with lower NIHSS score and better Baethel score than the control group （P〈0.05）, and the the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group. Conclusion Vinpocetine injection combined with butylbenzene peptide can significantly improve the neurological function in large artery atherosclerosis ischemic Stroke.
