摘　　要：李国琳认为现今患者多阴虚质,沙参麦冬汤是其临床常用基础方剂之一。李师临证应用沙参麦冬汤主要把握以下几点:一、辨症—证—病为首要,根据患者症状辨别出证型,再辨别其所牵累脏腑,症证病互参;二、根据邪之所客辨证施治,患者在阴虚基础上往往有所兼夹,应对原方进行加减运用,但化裁不宜过多;三、把握阴虚证关键指征,即舌红少津或少苔,脉细数;四、应用食疗、膏方等多种手段调理患者体质。总之,只要符合阴虚之证,无论外感还是内伤,参以舌红少苔,脉细数,尿黄便结之症,根据病情转归灵活加减可获佳效。文章通过5则病案总结了李国琳临证应用沙参麦冬汤的经验体会以及其诊疗疾病的思路和方法,不仅体现李老独到的见解,更深刻体现了中医学"异病同治"的核心思想。Prof.LiGuo-linheldmanypatientswereofyindeficiencyconstitutionnowadayand Shashen Maidong Decoction was one of the common basic formulas in clinic.Prof.Li stressed on the following aspects in the clinical application of Shashen Maidong Decoction：1 .Differentiation of symptoms,syndrome and disease,determination of the involved zangfu organs and interaction among symptoms,syndrome and dis-ease;2.According to the invaded pathogens,on the basis of yin deficiency,the original formula was modified in terms of the concrete syndromes.3.Focusing on the key indicators of yin deficiency,named red tongue,lit-tle moisture or little coating,thready and rapid pulse.4.Regulating the patient′s constitution with different means such as dietary therapy and ointment formula.In summary,no matter whether caused by the exogenous factors or internal injury,yin deficiency is manifested as red tongue,little coating,thready and rapid pulse, yellow urine and dry stool.The formula should be used flexibly according to the outcomes of disease so as to ensure the better efficacy.The paper concluded the five medical cases to introduce the experiences of Prof.Li Guo-lin in the application of Shashen Maidong Decoction and the thoughts and methods of treatment.The paper explained the unique understanding of Prof.Li and elaborated the thought of traditional Chinese medi-cine on“same therapeutic methods for different diseases”.
