郑伟达治疗痢疾经验探析

摘　　要：郑伟达教授认为痢疾为患,无论虚实寒热,肠中总有滞,滞留之邪气使肠中气血失于流畅而为是病,故在先分虚实寒热的基础上,当补则补,当泻则泻,当温则温,当寒则寒,并总以去滞、调气、和血药物进行加减。临证时结合见证、病原、气候、体质,灵活应用治痢六法:逆流挽舟法、通因通用法、急开支河法、升清举陷法、敛涩固脱法、温脾暖肾法,用药果敢,诸法诸方灵活运用,常应手即效。Prof.Zhengbelievesthatdiarrhearesultsfromstagnationofqiandbloodintheintestine no matter of the nature of disease.The corresponding therapeutic principles should be selected on the basis of the deficiency,excess,cold and heat.The herbal formulas are modified to remove stasis,regulate qi and har-monize blood circulation.The treatment should be flexible in light of syndrome,etiology,climate and body constitution so as to achieve the quick effects with six different therapeutic methods.
