蒿秦通痹胶囊对实验性动物免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物实验探讨蒿秦通痹胶囊抗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法分别采用健康Wistar大鼠、小鼠复制类风湿关节炎模型,设立正常组,模型组,西药阳性对照组,中药阳性对照组,蒿秦通痹胶囊低、中、高剂量组。观察各组血清IgG、TNF-α、IL-1β浓度、胸腺指数、脾脏指数等指标。结果蒿秦通痹胶囊可抑制模型动物血清IgG、TNF-α水平及D4与CD8 T淋巴细胞的异常,可明显降低绵羊红细胞致敏的小鼠脾细胞抗体产生的水平,其胸腺指数和脾脏指数也明显优于模型组(P<0.05)。结论蒿秦通痹胶囊对Ⅱ型胶原诱导关节炎大鼠的免疫状态有一定的抑制和调节作用,对体液免疫反应有明显的抑制作用。Objective ToexploretheeffectmechanismofHaoqinTongbiCapsulesonrheumatoid arthritisinanimalexperiment.Methods ThehealthWistarratsandmicewereusedtoduplicatethemodels of rheumatoid arthritis.A normal control group,a model group,a western medicine positive control group,a Chinese medicine positive control group,the low -dose,middle -dose and high -dose groups of Haoqin Tongbi Capsules were set up.The concentrations of serum IgG,TNG-αand IL -1β,thymus index and spleenindexwereobservedineachgroup.Results HaoqinTongbiCapsulesinhibitedtheserumlevelsof IgG and TNG-αand the abnormality of D4 and CD8 T lymphocytes,apparently reduced the level of spleen cell antibody sensitized by sheep red blood cell,and the results of thymus index and spleen index were obvi-ouslysuperiortothemodelgroup（P〈0.05）.Conclusion HaoqinTongbiCapsuleshaveacertaininhibito-ry and regulatory functions to the immune state of the rats with II-collagen induced arthritis and have appar-ent inhibitory function to the body fluid immune reaction.
