2型糖尿病患者生存质量与中医证候相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病患者生存质量与中医证候的相关性。方法采用SF-36生存质量量表对405例2型糖尿病患者进行生存质量调查,并设健康对照组比较。在中医辨证的基础上,对2型糖尿病患者的生存质量各维度与中医证候的关系进行分析比较研究。结果糖尿病患者生存质量各维度的得分显著低于健康人(P<0.05),在SF-36量表的八个维度中,按受损程度大小依次为躯体健康、总体健康、心理健康、精力评分、社会功能、躯体疼痛、情绪角色功能、躯体角色功能。气虚证、阴虚证和肝郁证对2型糖尿病患者QOL的影响较大(P<0.05),热盛证、肾虚证、脾虚证对糖尿病患者的生存质量也有一定影响(P<0.05),湿热证对糖尿病生存质量无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者生存质量较健康人显著降低,不同中医证候对生存质量各维度有一定的影响。Objective ToobservethecorrelationbetweenthequalityoflifeandTCMsyndromes/patternsoftype2diabetesmellitus（T2DM）inthepatients.Methods QualityofLife（QOL）SF-36scale was adopted to investigate the survival quality of 405 cases of T2DMand the health control group was set up for comparison.On the basis of syndrome differentiation of TCM,the relationship of each section of QOL and TCMsyndromes/patternswereanalyzedinthepatientsofT2DM.Results Thescoreofeachsectionin T2DMpatients was significantly lower than that of the healthy group（P〈0.05）.Of 8 sections of SF -36 scale,according the damage severity from high to low,the results were physical functioning,general health, mental health,vitality,social role functioning,bodily pain,emotional role functioning and physical role func-tioning.Qi deficiency,yin deficiency and liver qi stagnation syndromes/patterns impacted QOL of T2DM pa-tients（P〈0.05）.Excessive heat,kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency syndromes/patterns had a certain impact on QOL of the patients（P〈0.05 ）.Damp heat syndrome/pattern had no impact on QOL of the pa-tients（P〉0.05）.Conclusion QOLofT2DMpatientsissignificantlylowerthanthatofhealthygroup.The different TCM syndromes/patterns have a certain impact on each section of QOL.
