活血利水法治疗闭合性单纯内踝骨折早期肿胀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血利水法治疗闭合性单纯内踝骨折早期肿胀的临床疗效。方法将60例早期闭合性单纯内踝骨折患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。予对照组患者三七化瘀口服液、去伤片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予行湿汤。观察两组治疗前后伤踝肿胀度、疼痛程度(VAS法)以及肿胀改善的总有效率。结果两组在治疗第7天与治疗前伤踝肿胀度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗组在第7天肿胀度减少更为明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗7 d后两组VAS评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组疼痛缓解明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后伤踝肿胀改善有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,显示两组都有比较好的治疗效果,但两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血利水法对单纯内踝骨折早期肿胀及疼痛缓解有着良好的作用,优于比单纯使用活血化瘀药物。Objective Toobservetheclinicalefficacyonearlyswellinginclosedsimplefractureof medial malleolus treated with huoxuelishui therapy（therapy for activating blood circulation and promoting wa-termetabolism）.Methods Sixtycasesofearlyclosedsimplefractureofmedialmalleoluswererandomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.In the control group,Sanqi Huayu Oral Liq-uid and Qushang Tablets were prescribed.In the treatment group,on the basis of treatment as the control group,Xingshi Decoction was added.Malleolus swelling,VAS and the total effective rate of swelling were ob-servedbeforeandaftertreatmentinthetwogroups.Results Thedifferenceinswellingwassignificantonthe 7th day of treatment compared with that before treatment in the two groups（P〈0.01）.But,on the 7th day of treatment,swelling degree was more removed in the treatment compared with the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.01）.On the 7th day of treatment,VAS score was reduced significantly in the two groups,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05 ）.The result of pain relief in the treatment group was apparently better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of swelling was 96.7% in the treatment and was 76.7% in the control group.The efficacy was good in the two groups,but the result in the treatmentgroupwasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thehuoxuelishuitherapy achieves the better effect on early swelling in closed simple fracture of medial malleolus compared with the simple medication for activating blood circulation and removing stasis.
