大型体育场馆的空间布局和功能定位及政府决策

摘　　要：对大型体育场馆空间布局和功能定位及政府管理部门的决策进行研究。研究表明:(1)大型体育场馆空间布局需要注重城市空间结构优化、资源要素配置、居民多样化体育需求;(2)大型体育场馆功能定位需要兼顾场馆赛时与赛后的综合利用,场馆运营中要兼顾公益性与经济性,场馆风格要兼顾城市整体景观;(3)政府需要运用行政、教育、经济和法律等管理工具的合力,发挥管理主体的管理智慧,实现管理客体的价值期许,以期实现大型体育场馆的综合效益。The authors studied the space layout and function orientation of large sports venues and how managingand decision-making government departments make relevant decisions, and revealed the following findings： 1）whenthe space layout of a large sports venue is designed, city space structure optimization, key resource configurationand residents’ diversified sports needs should be focused on; 2）when the function orientation of a large sports venueis designed, the comprehensive utilization of the venue during and after the game should be considered concurrently,public benefits and economic benefits should be considered concurrently during venue operation, overall city landscapeshould be considered concurrently when venue style is designed; 3）the government should exert the managementintelligence of management subjects and realize the value expectations of management objects by applying theresultant force of management tools such as administration, education, economy and law etc, so as to realize thecomprehensive benefits of such a resource as large sports venues.
