摘　　要：通过对钒铁炉渣的分析,确定了将其作为主要原料用于炼钢中间包永久层浇注料。其生产的方坯中间包永久层浇注料使用寿命达到938炉,板坯永久层浇注料使用寿命达到1023炉,远高于当期使用的中间包永久层浇注料。As the main raw materials for the development of steelmaking tundish permanent layer castable was determined through analyzing the vanadium slag. The study on production of billet permanent storey casting material service life was up to 938, and permanent layer of slab casting material service life up to 1023, well above the current use of castable for tundish permanent layer.
