摘　　要：中冶赛迪电气技术有限公司成功开发了一套高精度全液压四重九辊矫直机系统。该系统基于Siemens S7-400工艺板FM458和全数字调速装置Sinamics S120,通过主传动控制、矫直力控制、辊缝控制、弯辊补偿等方法,实现了对矫直机辊缝的精确调节。生产实践证明,该系统稳定性好,控制精度高,具有较高的动、静态品质和可靠性。CISDI Electrics Technology Co., Ltd. develops a high-precision full-hydraulic screwingdown leveler control system. Based on the Siemens S7-400 technology module FM458 and the full digital speed control device Sinamics S120, this system achieves accurate gap adjustment through methods such as master drive control, straightening force control, gap control, bending compensation, etc. The actual application shows that the control system has good integrated performance including good stability, high precision, high dynamic and steady quality and reliability
